Zoom is a web-based conferencing system integrated with D2L Brightspace. Zoom is used to facilitate synchronous learning opportunities – whether it be to conduct virtual office hours, deliver a virtual class host guest speakers remotely or facilitate group collaborations. The application allows presenters to use a whiteboard as well as share presentations and facilitate small breakout groups.
