The Classlist tool gives you a list of the students registered in your course as well as any other Instructional Assistants or Instructors that you have granted access too. The Classlist can be used to email students, set up quiz accommodations, and to review a student’s progress through the term. Please note that students can email you from the Classlist but they cannot email each other.
The student list is populated and updated automatically as students register or withdraw. Please note that students do not have access to individual courses until the course start date. Any enrollment changes during the term will be automatically updated as well. If you have a student who is listed and doesn’t attend, most likely didn’t formally withdraw. If you have a student who attends but is not listed, they may be on the waitlist or there may be a system error. If the student is not on the waitlist, contact eLearning through our TDX Ticketing portal for assistance.
