Zoom is a web-based conferencing tool integrated with D2L to facilitate synchronous learning opportunities. This online tool allows users to connect and interact using audio, video and chat, and includes whiteboard and desktop sharing capabilities. These features facilitate real-time interaction and collaboration in your courses. Your instructor might integrate Zoom directly into your D2L course, or they may send you meeting links via email.
If your course has Zoom meetings and you do NOT see Zoom on your D2L course navigation bar (navbar) or a link within one of the D2L tools in your course (such as the Content area or News), please contact your instructor for further assistance.
Before using Zoom, we recommend reviewing Zoom: What To Know Before You Start.
